December 25, 2023 - Popped and poured. Medium golden but still quite good. Nose is a little pinched and simple. The palate is delicious orchard fruit with some tropical notes, almonds and marmalade. Full bodied, round but decently balanced. This won’t get any better. Drink up.

February 18, 2019 - Day 1 - Profound gunflint, dense & exotic dried tropical fruits... luxurious, silken, shimmering gold, notable tannin & acidity. Day 2- Less focus, more oak apparent, less gunflint, dense tropical fruits & good acidity, long drying finish. This bottle may be more advanced than others stored under better conditions, but it is thoroughly enjoyable.

November 23, 2017 - Have to revise my last tasting. Previous bottle must have been defective
This particular bottle reflects other comments of an elegant, well balanced, long finishing Cali Chard. The wine has low acidity. Fruit notes of meyer lemon,honeysuckle and grapefruit. Tastes like honeydew, cantaloupe and melon with thick, long lingering finish
