November 15, 2017 - Wow. Just...wow. The bottle I tasted had been refrigerated most of it's life. Maple bacon on the nose, and just as it crosses your tongue you get a hit of lemon. After that it's all creamy fig. This is a special wine, and I'm on the hunt for more.

August 16, 2015 - It was ok. Not worth buying again. Typically red ice wines have character, this one was very one dimensional.much rather save the money for a Niagara ice wine.
