  April 21, 2017 - Thought it would be over the hill but it was still very youthful. Thoroughly impressed. Good fruit, good balance. Exciting to drink.

  August 21, 2016 - Hitting its stride, right int he drinking window. Needed 45 minutes to open. Hard to see how the single vineyards could offer much more than this blend.

  January 11, 2015 - I find this wine quite acidic and get some reflux from it. The flavor profile is a bit back weighted on the tongue, and the body seems wanting. Right at swallowing I get the sensation of alum on my tongue: you know from high school chemistry class, the chemical that dries your tongue and leaves the mouth dry. Clearly there is some bing and ranier cherries lurking here but under kirschwasser as well.
