September 14, 2012 - Cloudy light red, like strawberry juice. In the nose, it's slightly rustic and feels almost over the hill at first. With some air, it gets better and better and develops very fine notes of early summer strawberries, lime juice, lemon peel with earthy notes in the background. On the palate, it's silky and smooth with not too much acidity, no adstringency, some fine strawberry sweetness and a long, yet a bit unspectacular finish.
