  December 31, 2016 - This wine was much more integrated and complex than the 11/25/14 bottle. Silky texture on the palate with just a touch of cat's tongue. Delicious with the slow cooked veal shoulder at Russet Restaurant.

  November 17, 2016 - Had with A5 Japanese wagu steak!! Wow The best steak in the world wasn't good enough for this bottle of wine. So Smooth but still power to cut through the fat. Impressed, tried at winery current vintage release always wondered what 10 years could do to such an incredible wine

  November 25, 2014 - Deep red color. Very primary aromas of black fruits, chocolate and wood spices. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length and well-integrated tannins. Although the wine was very thick and textured, the oak was somewhat unresolved on the palate. Try again in 3 years.
