June 28, 2013 - Nose: Nettles, grass, elder, crisp and fresh
Taste: sweet, high level of acidity,
Finish: medium and driven by acidity.
Summary: A very nice wine combines with the right food.

August 20, 2012 - Musky and funky with a soft nettle nose that is at once mineral and taught reminding me of a muscadet, and round and ripe like a chardonnay. This is sauvignon and chardonnay. I'm drinking this with a bit of salmon covered in lemon and the acidity in both the lemon and wine play wonderfully together. Highly recommended not only for its tastiness but for originality.

July 2, 2011 - Really unique showing on this wine...it had this Chinese food element to the palate after a while that was prehaps a reflection of some of the ripeness of the vintage? Yet...the wine displayed ample acidity and mineraity on the palate and it was a very interesting expression of Sauvignon Blanc...perhaps a little too much 'gras' for the variety. In any case, it was an interesting wine.
