September 17, 2011 - Oaky and toasty with abundant flavors of apple and pear and maybe a hint of vanilla. Very nice Chardonnay from Napa! Will get this one again!

May 18, 2011 - Le vin est doré, semble en couleur à du miel doux. Au nez du fruit est perceptible, tout comme l'élevage en barrique. En bouche, le bois écrase tout. Le vin s'est montré sous un meilleur angle au 3e jour, bouteille conservée au frigo avec le bouchon d'origine pour la boucher. Là le fruit était délicieux et les notes de caramel / élevage beaucoup mieux intégré. Besoin d'une longue aération ou de plusieurs années de garde. Accompagnerait très bien des crevettes BBQ cuite sur une planche de cèdre ou du poulet moutarde romarin. Bien, mais pas mon style...
