June 5, 2022 - Tonight I decided to open the last of my two bottles. Abundant nose of grape jelly and blackberry fruit. In mouth its more of the same, sweet aged prune and blackberry preserves. Finish has slight acidity and more sweetness that makes this a sort of winner of a wine. Best now at 22 years.

January 31, 2017 - Well I finally opened this bottle. I must say that in the first hour it remains closed as far as the fruit. I sense the tannin and I sense a fairly active acidity.
