bit an was very comparable to the newer wine. He older wine was better, but not by much. I was gifted many older bottles from a friends cellar, so I have been buying current releases to compare. This color had faded but it tasted very comparable. -

April 11, 1999 - Medium to light red in color. Simple, fruity, easy to understand, soft wine. No tannins to speak of. Nothing green or harsh here, but nothing very profound either.
