February 14, 2014 - Apparence rouge de falun très dense bleuté. Larme colorante sur la paroie. Nez ouvert mûre noire et menthe. Sucre d'érable.
En bouche, la mure et l'amande douce, les tanins maintiennent un vivacité, la persistance est assez longue sur le fruit et des saveurs de boite à cigare, élevage bien dosé.
