  December 9, 2015 - medium purple color, with aromas of currant mint pepper and spice on the nose. Medium body and smooth, tannins are completely integrated, with flavors of dried prunes and tobacco up front with sour cherries on the finish. No decanting necessary, perfect now!

  April 13, 2015 - Knew this wine needed some cellaring to smooth out the tannins. Nice initial berry gives way to cocoa notes. Lingers well on the finish.

  October 14, 2013 - Dark fruit aroma with some spices and oak. I'm surprised by the drinking window on CT since I think this wine probably has a few more years left in it.

  AROMA: Raspberries and oak
  TASTE: Big, dry tannins with a very long finish and lots of fruit
