8/13/2005 (link)(Gysler Silvaner Halbtrocken) This had crisp acids balanced by some sweetness. Showing even sweeter than the '03 at this stage. Nice green fruits with a hint of apricot and a mouthwatering finish. Excellent foil to some serious Grand Sichuan spice.
