December 24, 2014 - Very nice, doubt it improves further. Drink up! Soft tannins, dark berries, vanilla, a little spice. Longer finish than I expected. Not overly complex, but I am enjoying it, so what else really matters?

December 5, 2014 - Simple Merlot. Cherries on the nose, light oak and strawberry taste with some faint chocolate. a little bit of cough medicine to it, which had me take it down a few pts. Quality is well above the price point.

September 27, 2012 - Excellent the first night and still lovely the second night--I love when wine holds up! Smooth and very balanced.

May 14, 2012 - Tasty bottle, but the fruit wasn't showing as nicely as I would expect from JM and the Red Mountain.

Probably just going through an off phase. I've always loved JM in the past.

May 8, 2011 - Another fantastic showing from JM! 2008 was a wonderful year and the Red Mountain wines are always very powerful. This is simply a must-own wine!
