June 22, 2017 - Rouge cramoisi assez dense. Disque tirant sur le rouge brique. Nez moyennement expressif, ca pinote, fraises des champs, mousse de tourbe.
En bouche, fruit à l'avant plan (tout de même après 8 ans), tarte aux fraises, pâte grillée, champignons poelés. Persistance moyenne. Une certaine complexité et un bel équilibre. Un peu de chaleur (alcool) cependant.. Bonne valeur, dommage plus disponible en SAQ. -
