November 12, 2016 - Decanted over 2 hours. Deep, dark red fruit, with smoke and pepper. What a nice Cab at this price point should taste like.

May 25, 2015 - Decanted over 2 hours. This wine has really matured in the 4 years since I last had a bottle. Deep, dark red fruit, with smoke and pepper. What a nice Cab at this price point should taste like.

June 20, 2013 - Drinking very well. No defining fruit flavour, but a good combination of darker red fruits. Well integrated oak with some chocolate flavours.

December 5, 2011 - This cab is drinking very nicely right now. Pepper and earth leather and smoke highlight this soft cab. Decanted about 30 minutes and first tastes were tight. Let sit awhile longer and it evened out. Light oak, smooth finish.
