December 9, 2012 - Not a bad mixed white for under $9/bottle. Fairly light and a little bit sweet with hints of peach, a good wine to go with spicy foods or to drink on a hot summer day. I did taste a very slight bitterness in the finish, but sometimes a little bitter can be good as long as it isn't overpowering, which this wasn't.

Finishes slightly bitter. 49% Roussanne, 42% Riesling, 9% Pinot Gris. 13.5% alcohol. 200 cases produced. Sample provided by winery.
