June 17, 2011 - Not a huge white fan but this good. Subtle flavors and nice finish.

May 28, 2011 - fabulous nose! explodes with grapefruit, overripe honeydew, and pineapple. on the palate grass, lime, capers, and nectarine. wonderful acidity, and a long finish. good QPR at $20.

May 15, 2011 - Popped and poured. Enjoyed with barbecue chicken. Nose and flavors of lemon, lime, ginger, minerals. Very crisp, wonderful citric acidity that cut like a knive through the sweet tanginess of the bbq sauce and left the palate refreshed and rejuvenated. Really nice wine.

April 20, 2011 - Ah, there are few things better than Sancerre and mussels! Beautiful freshness on the nose of light spearmint and fresh herbs, lemon/lime and mineral. On the palate its razor sharp with rockin acidity, the lemon/lime, stone fruits, grapefuit juice and pith and seashells. Perfect pairing.

March 7, 2011 - This is delicious. For me strikes a perfect balance between acidity and minerality with predominant fruit of limon and grapefruit, and then complimented by sea salt and wet stones. Very long finish where the grapefruit makes a repeated encore. Would highly recommend.
