February 18, 2019 - This wine was certainly outside of its ideal drinking window. The nose began with a bit of funk, which never seem to fully resolved. The Fig and raisin Aromas and flavors were a bit cloying and persistent.

April 26, 2017 - Last bottle. Tannins are fully resolved. Had better balance about 5 years ago. Fruit now is simple, very ripe, and a bit pruney.

October 27, 2016 - Mostly CDP's; 10/23/2016-10/27/2016 (Gary): A small pour at a tasting. This producer always seems overly oaked to me. Vanilla and oak, fruity with a lot of blueberry. Ends with a spicy and hot finish.
