  September 27, 2014 - 4th Saturday Group brown bagger (Rich & Dana's): Aromas of incense, black and blue fruit (I told myself it reminded me of Biale's fruit profile), followed by brown sugar and bubble gum. On the palate this is firm, almost austere, with sour dark fruit and medicinal qualities with an overly acidic edge. The bouquet developed some intriguing floral notes but the palate never came around. Guessed Petite Sirah. I'm counting this as a partial win.

  September 27, 2014 - Rick contribution at 4th Saturday Group. Based upon other notes, this may have been an off bottle. Herbal, cedar, cough syrup and bubble gum on the nose. Some red fruits eventually.

  November 2, 2010 - Extraordinarily good for a 25 dollar wine. To some degree it reminds me of the Booker 07 blends. Just excellent every day drinking wine at a fraction of the cost of others. Going to get a case and see if it improves over the next 2-3 years, which would be a bonus.
