May 18, 2024 - DJCV bottle. More lifted and ethereal / less rustic than I expected. Very elegant and resolved wine with excellent freshness. Lacking a bit of fruit.

March 19, 2020 - This was firing right out of the gate. Good red color - no bricking. There is a richness to the nose - a well resolved wine with all its parts in the right place. Dark fruit, red berries, charcoal and some ash. On the palate this is refined and elegant yet powerful and delicious. The 93 structure is perfectly balanced with the fruit and acid. This can go another 10 years. Great bottle of wine.

August 31, 2015 - Deep red no maturity. Popped and poured incredibly young, red fruits muscular earthy nose. Initial surliness blew away to reveal classic pommard muscular depth with 1993 restraint and acidity. Very good wine which could do with 5 to 10 years
