April 3, 2022 - I was expecting it to be past its prime but pleasantly surprised, it was still great.

September 18, 2021 - Delicious, still a baby. Quality McLaren Vale fruit, good balance of wood with smooth tannins and acid. Excellent length.

January 7, 2020 - On opening an immediate impression of sweet red berries and plum. impenetrable black with dark red edges, lush body, loads of fruit on velvet tannins, vanilla wood with some milk chocolate. length that just goes on and on. Drinking really well, will last another 3-5 years at least. Quality way above its purchase price.

September 17, 2016 - This is an Aussie fruit bomb with no regrets! Ripe rich fruit with brown sugar nose. Acidity really keeps any alcohol well in check. Tannins medium. Long finish with a bit of warmth. This is all about gorgeously pure sweet fruit. It wants complexity to push this into the final 95+ point range. As far as evolution goes this hasn't budged. If it develops more complexity in the next 3-5 yrs I would consider a higher score.
