  February 16, 2016 - Wonderful freshness and lightness on the palate, with great length and floral notes, even after 15 years. Persistent but clean flavours right to the end.

  January 23, 2016 - 15 years old and still delightful. Fading, dry cherries on the nose, and slightly brownish tinge, but lovely freshness on the palate, some herbal stemishness, and great length.

  February 23, 2011 - The initial aroma is quite funky, but full of blackberry and quite fumey. After an hour in decanter the perfume had opened up. Very fruity in the mouth. After 3 hours it's beginning to fade a little. Past its prime but still lovely to drink. I've left half of it in the bottle under argon so will revisit it on the weekend.

  January 27, 2008 - It tried to take the middle road between willamette and burgundy. Felt to over extracted going to that syrah edge.
