November 24, 2023 - 1 hour decant in glass. Inky purple with dark red edge in color. Nose of red berries, plums, red licorice and a slight tinge of pyrazine. On the palate: explosive black cherry, brambleberry, red delicious apple and wood spice. Tannins are silky smooth perceived on gums and cheeks. Long finish of red berries, wood spice and sweet tobacco.

May 9, 2020 - Blackberries on the nose with auburn red to the rim. Great viscosity and weight. Berries in the palet with great length on the finish. Not a fruit bomber and sophisticated to taste. Still drinking great.
