April 20, 2024 - PnP, this wine was singing out of the gate. Smooth, balanced and good bite to it. Was good on its own without any food.

January 19, 2024 - Spectacular like previous bottle but don't recall for a particular rating.

June 17, 2023 - Wow! Wonderful fruit palette with a lasting finish. Tannins integrated such that this is velvety smooth from first to last. Chilled freshly opened bottle for 90 minutes, then served via aerator. Just extraordinary. This is in prime drinking window. Cellaring won't improve it from this point - drink before 2025.

September 2, 2022 - Opened and place in the fridge for 30 minutes then double decanted for 5 min and taken to the restaurant to consume one hour later.

The wine was drank double blind and everyone said Napa Cabernet, the problem all had was the years, they ranged from 2012 to 2016 which means this wine is at the early stages.

Good body, nice balance and great finish.

July 14, 2021 - Medium ruby in colour. Medium+ tannin and acidity. Cassis, vanilla, spices, sweet plum for the nose. Integrated tannin. Consistent with previous notes.

(La Sirena Cabernet Sauvignon) Very dark red violet color; green herb, black fruit, tar, charcoal nose; tasty, rich, tart black fruit, charcoal, tar palate; long finish (86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc; much better than when I had it in the very cold Fort Mason tasting a few months back, as was the whole La Sirena lineup)

(La Sirena Cabernet Sauvignon) Purple red violet color; ripe plum, berry, cassis, menthol nose; tight, tasty, cassis, plum palate; medium-plus finish (86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc)
