Community Tasting Notes 1

January 14, 2012 - This smelled like if you melted some fruit roll-up in a leather bag, which is to say it it was fruit driven, but with an undercurrent of leather and earthiness. Very nice nose. Less fruit on the palate though, and more spice than expected. Maybe a little thin compared to my expectations, but still a good wine and solid value.
