  February 20, 2021 - This in no way seems like a 2007 Napa (most of my recent experiences with 2007 have been flabby and overdone). Color is great, with no bricking. Nose and finish were tight as a drum, with plenty of tannins on the finish. Nice, but needs a lot of air or many more years in bottle.

  May 1, 2020 - Thick and viscous upon opening. Hi alcohol on the nose. This needed more than 1 hour to really show well. Very good but not great

  October 20, 2017 - Nice wine, very structured with noticeable tannins. After a couple hours of air, it started to open up and the fruit poked through. At ten years old, I wonder if the fruit and tannins will ever match up. Like others, not sure about the 99 point score, but maybe in 5-10 more years.

  May 17, 2015 - Really good. Dark red color with chocolate sweetness on the back end. Soft round mouth feel and just plain good
