December 18, 2017 - Wonderful amber/brick color. Still pretty heavy tannin's, but the fruit breaks through in a subtle way. Menthol, leather, and ripe red fruit are all present. A finish that last 40 seconds. For the bold Merlot drinkers

December 24, 2010 - Big and powerful with rich dark berry fruit, mild menthol tones and plenty of backbone. You can really taste the power of the vintage in this wine.
