April 1, 2019 - Truly the best Sauternes I've ever had. Light on its feet while having power, fruit, acid, terroir, and golden honeyed marshmallow. Confectionary, whipped marzipan, nectarine, peach, orange blossom, and all in 3 dimensions. Palate coating, but in no way cloying or too sweet. Excellent length. Wish I had another case on hand. Drinking very well. Great bottle.

October 19, 2015 - A private tasting (Jan-Dirk Taams' residence, Groot-Ammers, Netherlands): Youthful appearance, golden but fresh; classic nose, lovely rôti, tropical fruit, off-dry; juicy and lively, fresh and with slightly oxidative notes; warm finish, good length.
