Community Tasting Notes 2

    December 28, 2019 - 14.9% abv.
A friend recently picked this up at the tasting room from an "aged mystery 6-pack" and opened it at a dinner party.
This was actually quite nice, with some lovely new world syrah character in a seamless, balanced, and focused presentation. Perhaps a bit simple with a slightly sweet core, but enjoyable nonetheless. Went exceedingly well with a robust rouladen and asparagus dish.
