October 31, 2021 - Ciselé, tranchant, miel, citron, beurre, brioche, pierre à fusil … et une très belle persistance aromatique sur de jolis amers. Cette bouteille me réconcilie ENFIN avec achats au domaine et bues certainement trop tôt, hélas.
