September 10, 2023 - Consumed at 22 years. A bit less acidity but we’ll-balanced, and the fruit has maintained beautifully. Lots of life remaining. Straw-colored. No oxidation.

May 2, 2023 - Definitely in an advanced
/mature state. Served blind and was not called as Chablis by many…was served a bit cold and as it warmed up it showed more typically. Good bottle, no reason to wait. Corkage at oxalis -

October 20, 2018 - chablis and champagne at secchu. this, as with many of the wines tonight, really needed air to show off. after an hour it had a lovely nutmeg spice to it
