August 1, 2020 - Medium gold yellow colour. Hint of yeast at very start and then lots of baked apple and some nut aromas. Full-bodied and medium acidity. More ripe apple taste with a bit of spice. Definitely a very lingering aftertaste. Had as aperitif but I think this would do better with a food pairing given the body.
