November 18, 2023 - Splash decanted vigorous swirling and brought to restaurant. On the nose cherry and strong floral notes. Medium body some mix of red and dark fruits balanced acidity with initial strong tannins and slight bitterness that resolved over time. Very young. Maybe more approachable with longer decant. Less dense and slightly more approachable than the Elena. Still hard to get a great read, especially because palate fatigue had largely set in by this point in the evening. 93+ in 15 years?
