Would not buy again
Was excited as this was our first time trying a sparkling icewine. we both thought the bubbles are slightly lost against the viscosity and sweetness of the wine.
Honey and melon on the nose with strong sweetness and rich, long finish. Perhaps lacking in layers & complexity.
Overall style is in keeping with other Inniskillin ice wines -
