January 28, 2021 - Pleasant, but one dimensional: strong sour cherry flavor, with a little cola too, but not much else. Maybe better a couple of years ago, perhaps? Likely will remain as it is now for a year or two, but don’t think that it’ll improve or change in a positive way with time. Tasted on opening, and again after aeration at one hour and two hour mark; did not experience much change.

November 2, 2020 - Dark but translucent. Decently long finish. Cherries but not the typical Sta Rita red fruit.
