  This is a great wine. Massive nose of bacon fat. Really meaty. The tannins are very refined now and, as with previous notes, the Burgundian elegance remains.

  No decant. Drinking very well. Bramble, white pepper, soft spice, dark fruits, lavender and thyme. Well-balanced. Great with roast chicken and a roasted tomato emulsion. Feels like it’s peak Enjoy!

  Un côte rôtie à son apogé. decante pendant 2 heures pour laisser le vin bien se placer. Les tannins étaient biens intégrés. Un bel équilibre de finesse et de puissance typique de l'appellation quand les vins sont prêts. Des saveurs de petits fruits noirs en bouche et au nez avec une finale légèrement poivré. Belle longueur en bouche!
