Friday, December 30, 2022 - Excellent showing of this one. Bursting with vibrant acidity, some cherries and dirt, it is getting nicely into maturation stage. Medium weighted, all part nicely integrated and just effortless to drink. Smooth with slow cooked lamb shoulder.
