Exquisitely aged typical modern Chianti. I personally don’t agree with CT’s drinking window. This is very nice now and probably for many years to come.
Full body. Sour cherry and smoke. Earthy notes nicely developed.

Very nice Chianti. Too bad it is my last bottle. Medium to full body with nice berry bouquet. Double decant and had it with baked ziti with meat sauce. Good combination for sure.

Excellent showing of this one. Bursting with vibrant acidity, some cherries and dirt, it is getting nicely into maturation stage. Medium weighted, all part nicely integrated and just effortless to drink. Smooth with slow cooked lamb shoulder.

Final one of the '13 vintage. Breathed just two hours in the open bottle, nicely accessable now. Paired excellent with aubergines au gratin (minced meat, peccorino, tomatoes ...).
This is always a solid investment, crowd will be pleased (and not only them). Like the previous taster, yes, there might have been some more years in it - >=2025.
