Saturday, April 22, 2023 - From a very cold cellar - still deep red to the rim, almost a hint of purple at the core - no brick whatsoever - would never think this was 24 years old - deep red fruits, a touch of stalkiness and underbrush - a wine to drink with food (we had a foie gras terrine with white wine jelly and carrot puree). Fruits on the mature side but still this wine presents about 8-10 years old, not 24.
