Saturday, November 11, 2023 - When drinking so many champagnes side by side, it is hard not to start ranking them in your head. On its own, this wine would have been incredible and that is the difficulty of such tastings. This wine sort of took a back seat this evening. This wine got better and better as the evening progressed, so it wouldn't surprise me if this wine is going to shine beautifully in the next 5-10 years.
