Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Very intense Riesling with huge concentration and structure. Just out of its initial primary stage. Lip smacking and bracing acids (very NZ in style)c, lime peel, wet stone and apples. Very dry. Can be drunk now, but could use a few more years.
