Wednesday, September 9, 2009 - A: Very deep purple - Cranberry flannel.
N: Red licorice apple wood and granny smith apple skins. Fuzzy smell.
T: Light apple wood smoked...licorice. Chocolate cherry cordials.
F: Long for a light wine. Mild tannins.
Overall: This needs some air. Very nice wine that worked with tomato sauce. Slow start finished beautifully.
