Monday, May 22, 2006 - Last Monday Tasting Group (Fisher Compound): Light gold color. Subtle carmelized (not oxidized) popcorn. Smokey and hints of mocha. Very interesting green tea aromatics. At the high end of the RS scale and by far the sweetest of this flight, but the acidity is incredible and the balance, near perfection.
