Tuesday, November 29, 2011 - Simply a superb wine! Four years ago I gave this wine a 93. It is even better today. Typical Chablis Grand Cru with a beautiful, deep golden color. Flinty, minerally as you would expect. Loads of lively acidity. Still years to go and should only get better. Three left; how long can I hold off?!
