Monday, December 31, 2012 - New years eve dinner; great way to finish a fine meal. Nice mature looking color. Brick red. Double decanted for 6 hours, which enabled the port to blossom. Delicious fragrance of roses and violets on the nose, "smooth as silk" on the palate, not much power but great overall balance, at absolute peak.
