Monday, June 16, 2014 - Ruby color. Medium body. Good quality regional Bourgogne. Lots of red fruit: cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, with a touch of cedar thrown in. Drinks well from the start, but an hour of air lends some depth and fullness. Ready to go; no point leaving it in the cellar.
