not much nose and what there is is non-descript; simple, rather neutral red fruit. light, thin, inoffensive, easy to guzzle, fairly acid, washed-out cherryish fruit. very short. would be better with food. was probably better when younger.

This was really tight on opening, but after a couple of hours of air this was drinking beautifully with lots of pretty red fruit, some earth and spice and admirable depth for its level. Quite nice.

For a bourgogne level wine, this shows very well, offering some layered aromas and a pleasing palate of berries and gentle minerality. Very food friendly acidity. Not for the long haul but should be good for a couple more years.

This wine showed well even alongside a couple of much more expensive domestic PNs. (Arista and Williams Selyem) Lifted berry and underbrush aromas with some brisk acidity and a hint of rocky minerality. Food friendly and juicy. Drink over the next couple of years.

Clear, pale ruby appearance. Nose is clean with medium- intensity. Notes of strawberry, cherry, mushroom, and other vegetal. Palate is dry with medium+ acidity, low+ tannins, and light+ body. Red cherry, mushroom and strawberry. Short+ finish.
Good wine. Varietally correct. Good balance.

Fine Vines Fall 2014 Portfolio Tasting: Tasting, brief note. Good fruit for its level and price. Fun and simple with no rough edges. This would be a very good wine-by-the-glass at a restaurant wanting an entry level Burg.

Ruby color. Medium body. Good quality regional Bourgogne. Lots of red fruit: cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, with a touch of cedar thrown in. Drinks well from the start, but an hour of air lends some depth and fullness. Ready to go; no point leaving it in the cellar.

Excellent Burgundian Pinot for the price. Not as chewy and fruit forward as The new world pilots. Nice terroir and strawberry jam flavors.

Drank alongside MacMurray 2012 and La Crema 2009. Quite different; Good on its own, but fell behind both.

Vin régulier, sans grande qualité mais ok pour accompagner un plat dont le goût n'est pas trop prononcé.

2012 Red Burgs and a nice 04 (My basement (so we could watch the Cavs East. Conf. Championship): Certainly one of the best values on the night. Ruby, clear and bright. The nose is dusty with light cherries. Juicy acidity. Medium tannins. Slightly candied fruit, especially on the finish. $17 Ohio.

Nothing on the nose. Liquer strawberry and pomegranate on the palate with light tannins on the finish. A decent wine.

Inexpensive, but fairly innocuous stuff. Medium dark ruby. Minimal aromas, and fairly thin, barely varietal flavors. I'd pass.

Good entry level Burgundy for the price, good fruit and structure but lacking in the mid-palate and the finish.

Easy to drink pinot noir with light color and light bay fruit notes. Light body with just enough complexity for style and great drinkability.

Light rusty red colour. Cherries and red berries on the nose. Taste of raspberries and cherries, with hints of herbs. Goes well with turkey.

Pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry - blowsy and seems a little confected. Thin on the palate. Not happy with how this turned out.
