Sunday, June 29, 2014 - Now a deeper golden yellow, with copious red apple, lemon, honey and nutty, mushroom aromas, this wine shows that perfect combination of acidity, sweetness and alcohol to accompany a saffron creme brulee. It's not at all cloy or heavy on the palate, and lingers beautifully in the mouth.
