Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - This is the best 2011 Cabernet I have had to date, blowing away some of the 2012's I've had. Mike Smith did a great job showcasing the Dr. Crane fruit - A rich, full-bodied wine with silky tannins, ripe blue & black fruit and toasty oak. Decant for a couple of hours, or lay down for 5+ years.
