Thursday, August 6, 2015 - Nose: raspberry jam, cinnamon, cloves. A bit tart, well structured, tasted better the second day. Medium finish and the alcohol level integrates well without overpowering its red fruit flavors. Would love to see how this pairs with meatball marinara or fajita tacos
